     CCSDS 123.0-P-1.1.  Low-Complexity Lossless and 
Near-Lossless                         Multispectral and Hyperspectral 
Image                         Compression.  Pink Book.  Issue 1.1.  June 2018.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft update to the Recommended Standard 
for multispectral and hyperspectral image compression specifies a 
data compression algorithm applied to digital three-dimensional image 
data from payload instruments, such as multispectral and 
hyperspectral imagers; specifies the compressed data format; and adds 
near-lossless compression capability.
The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 7 September 2018.  More information is available at
