[MOIMS] [EXTERNAL] MOIMS Closing Plenary at 14:00?

That will conflict with the Boot Camp, which was moved to 1330. If the Chairs are not planning on attending the Boot Camp, then it's not an issue. But if anyone wanted to attend both the Boot Camp and the Plenary they would not be able to. I personally was planning to attend the Boot Camp with the Nav folk to set the proper example.

Up to you, but I would suggest for the future that when Chairs make their travel plans they take the potential for a Plenary later in the day into account.
