[MOIMS] MOIMS Closing Plenary at 14:00?

I got the request to anticipate the start of the MOIMS Closing Plenary at 14:00 instead of 16:00 (still Friday 21 october).

Could I know if this is OK with all the MOIMS WG chairs?
