[MOIMS] Nominees for DAI WG chairs

Adrian,

   The Mission Operations and Information Management Services Area (MOIMS)
   wishes to nominate Mr John Garrett and Dr. David Giaretta as the new DAI
   Working Group Chair / Co-Chair.  Both have an extensive background in the
   Archive Domain, which ideally suits them for this role.
