Dear all,

Please update your WG charter and include the real resources (per Agency /
staff) to cope with your technical requirements and the proposed schedule
(as requested by the e-mail attached below)

I need your inputs at the latest by 6th May 2005 cob.

I will then compile the MOIMS resource table.

Please include in the resources:

   Effort to produce (first issue, updates, etc.) a WB, RB, BB as editor
   Effort to produce GB as editor
   Effort from other members to review WB, RB, BB, GB
   Effort to develop 2 prototypes and issue the test reports and evaluation
   Effort to participate in our 2 annual meetings

      18-19 April: Secretariat will announce an on-line location where the
      current Operating Plan is available for download

      19-20 April: Area Directors must disseminate the current WG/BOF
      charters to the responsible chairs for revision to reflect current
      planning. . . . (Refer to original message for complete schedule.)

Area Directors:

Working Group and BOF charters from the current draft of the CCSDS Operating
Plan have been saved as separate files in the CESG Private Document Library,
within CWE, on CCSDS.org.

CWE login is required to access the files.  ADs, DADs, and WG/BOF Chairs who
do not already have a CWE user ID and password should contact Brian Oliver (
brian.oliver at btas.com) to obtain them.

File names for the charters correspond to WG/BOF names;  the numbers at the
beginning of each file name correspond to the respective subsection within
the Operation Plan (see list below).

The easiest way to conduct the update may be for each WG/BOF chair to
download his or her charter directly from the Document Library, and then to
upload an updated version to the same location.  ADs are responsible for
notifying their WG/BOF chairs and advising them how the updates should
procede.
