[MOIMS] MOIMS IWS at Toulouse

Dear all,

This is to inform you that I will participate Thursday 18th / Friday 19th
November 2004 in our next IWS at Toulouse.

The reasons are various:

   I must be on Monday 15th at ESOC to defend the funding of my strategy Plan
   for the future
   I must be at ESTEC on Wednesday 17th Nov, because I am in the Evaluation
   Board of Galileo In-Orbit Validation Megacontract
   2 WGs (DAI and IPR) have already met at CNES
