Here's a picture of the emerging set of documents that control the way that we

1) The "Restructed CCSDS Organization and Processes" document is Issue-2 of the
Restructuring document. This Issue 2 was approved by the CMC in December and
Steve Harris is now getting it ready for publication.

2) The Procedures Manual hasn't yet been fully updated to reflect 1): that will
be a priority near-term job

3) Strategic Plan will be distributed soon for review.

4) The April 2004 Operating Plan update is complete and Steve Harris is now
getting it ready for publication. It will be sent to the CMC ahead of the
upcoming meeting in May 2004 and each Agency shall fill-out a matrix that
indicates their individual resource commitments.
