Nestor,

In the Archive Ingest WG charter, the only requested change was to
include the mailing list, which is 'moims-dai'.  This has now been
established, as you know.

Adrian's note suggested a need to improve the Resource descriptions.
Here is my update to that:

Lead Agency:
"CNES editor, with about 30% time committment per year."

Participating Agencies:
(No change from the existing version)
