No progress since Spring Review (as planed)

Other topics
Documentation of the ESA Stack

  *   Documentation started on how to implement new standards in the ESA Stack (Serge).

  *   Documentation on how to use the ESA Stack as an external lib is planed after the SPP Binding book is drafted (Stefan)

César's email on MPD: the issue is on SPP. Stefan takes note for his update, only for the blobs (strings and lists still stay smaller than 2^32-1 elements)
