[Moims-sc] CWE Cleanup - Action Items

Hi all,

I cleaned-up CWE.
I wanted to propose something, but actually, I had no 2nd option so I did it anyway.

At the root of our MOIMS-SMandC, you'll find a spreadsheet called Action items.xlsx. It holds....our action items.
I'll try to see if we can keep it alive so that we don't forget things on the run.

Draft Documents
All draft documents should go in :

-       Draft Documents/<Book Reference> if we have an open project for it (for instance SPP Bindings, HTTP Binding, M&C, GB)

-       Draft Documents/Future Work/<Title> if it's only prospective (for instance File Mgmt Services, CCSDS Delivery Agent, etc)


?  Now that SharePoint is working well, the goal would be to edit the document there instead of a random googleDoc. Our future selves will thank us.

Final Documents
It would be nice to have all final word documents there so that we can start revisions from these references, instead of looking for archives somewhere (if there is a reference somewhere in the secretariat, then we'll just put a note there to point the secretariat)

Meeting Materials
This is the only folder that was well used. Let's continue :)

Papers and presentations
It would be nice if we could revive this folder. If you have presented papers about our standards lately, please upload them !

CWE Private - Charters - Exchange - Unsorted Folder
I don't think we really need that, but there are documents in them, so I left them as they were. If there is a need to use them, we can discuss about it and clean them up.

Please make sure your CWE account is working and bring back your draft documents were they belong !
