[Moims-sc] Action on MPS PubSub Subscription Use Cases

Dear All
 
Please find attached, a technote that details the PubSub requirements for
MPS operation by operation, together with use cases for each.
This is then summarised in a table of needs for each of the identified
subscription keys.
 
I have then drawn a conclusion about a preferred, simple structure for the
subscription operation.
