[Moims-sc] MO Reference Model update for review in Berlin

Dear All,

please find below the link to an updated version of the MO Reference Model Magenta Book due to the regular review cycle:

As anticipated, no major changes needed to be introduced with exception to the COM description, which was out of date. We have scheduled a time slot in Berlin next week to review/discuss the changes.
