Dear CCSDS Community,

The CCSDS Secretariat has transferred and upgraded the CCSDS CWE from BTAS to ASRC/ASTS Servers.  You may access the CCSDS CWE at https://cwe.ccsds.org/.

Please note over the next 2 weeks the Secretariat will continue to make “lower priority” UI improvements and enhancements; which will further enhance the CCSDS CWE. Does the CCSDS CWE still look and function the same after the upgrade?
- The CCSDS CWE still looks very familiar to the previous CCSDS CWE.  The Secretariat worked diligently to ensure the upgraded content still have a “similar look and feel" to the previous CCSDS CWE.  SharePoint 2013 has made several GUI improvements with a "cleaner look" that allows easier access and control over the data.  Please see the attached users guide to assist you with some of changes that you will encounter the result of the upgrade.

Will my CCSDS CWE Login still work?
- If you are a CCSDS CESG or CMC member, your current CCSDS CWE Login and password will continue to work on the upgraded CCSDS CWE.  If you are not a CCSDS CESG or CMC member, and have logged into the CCSDS CWE in the last 12 months; then your login will require a password reset for your first login.  You can either request your new password from IT Tech Support at techsupport at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:techsupport at mailman.ccsds.org> or reset your password at the following URL:  https://cwe.ccsds.org/forgotPassword.aspx

What other enhancements have been made?
- As a result of the upgrade and transition, the new CCSDS CWE now has an SSL Security Certificate placed on the website, which provides encryption.  - Additionally, while new requirements mean that all CCSDS CWE Users are now required to change your passwords every 60 days with a minimum complexity of 12 characters. A new self-service password tool has been rolled out to allow users to reset passwords themselves.

- CCSDS Search has been improved, and is now available on every page (top right side) within the CWE.
- Users can now drag and drop files into Document Libraries.
