[Moims-sc] MAL C++ API Magenta Book for Review

SM&C WG Team,

The MAL C++ API has been posted to the CWE site as a draft magenta book for Working Group review prior to formal submittal to the Area Director.  It can be found on the SM&C CWE Site under DRAFT DOCUMENTS.

The book is dated November 2015 - it was just approved for NASA release this week.

As with our other books, it would be great if you can review the book so we can move closer to completion in Cleveland.  Pete Gonzalez from NASA/JSC will not be in Cleveland but will be available via telecon (if we can arrange it) on Thursday April 7 for a discussion of the book.
