can someone please help me? I am looking for the actual release of the M&C 
Services Red Book. The version I got differs from the version found on 
http://public.ccsds.org/sites/cwe/rids/Lists/CCSDS%205221R3/Attachments/522x1r3.pdf
but both are labelled 522.1-R-3 March 2015.

unfortunately, I did not get an answer from Sam yet. Maybe you can answer 
my question:
What is the actual version of the M&C Services RB? The file in attachment 
(I do not exactly know where I got it from) differs significantly from the 
version downloaded from 
http://public.ccsds.org/sites/cwe/rids/Lists/CCSDS%205221R3/Attachments/522x1r3.pdf
but both show 522.1-R-3 March 2015.

I just found out that the version of the M&C Services RB on CCSDS homepage 
downloaded today from 
http://public.ccsds.org/sites/cwe/rids/Lists/CCSDS%205221R3/Attachments/522x1r3.pdf
contains 146 pages, whereas the version attached to this email, also 
labelled ?CCSDS 522.1-R-3 Red Book, March 2015? contains 165 pages. By 
going through the content, I could see significant differences. I don?t 
know exactly from where I got this version.
In doubt, I would take the actual version from the CCSDS homepage as 
reference. Do you agree?
