NASA now also gives permission to release the DLR-NASA PID for use by the SM&C Working Group.

Hi Dan,

DLR does not have any issues in distributing the PID.
The reason why I asked for it is that Sam Cooper requested the Word version of this document. So my term "distribution of PID to SM&C WG" was not 100% true, only Sam asked for it.
