[Moims-sc] Sad news

Dear Craig,

it is indeed a very tragic news which has shocked me and I am sure all 
colleagues in the SM&C WG. Certainly, Lindolfo will be remembered as one 
of the strongest supporter of MO Services and instrumental for their 
success (yet to be confirmed). Similarly, we appreciated very much to work 
with him: he has always been a friendly person, who went well along with 
everyone and who put his strong technical and management skills at the 
service of CCSDS.

I am sad to report that our longtime colleague Lindolfo Martinez died 
yesterday after a prolonged illness.  Please remember Lindolfo and his 
family in your thoughts and prayers.
