[Moims-sc] CCSDS M&C specification update after review comments

Dear All,

 

Please find below the link to the updated M&C service red book after
processing all the RIDs from the recent(ish) Agency review:

As usual, please note that from section 3 onwards change tracking has
marked the document as completely changed but this is not actually the
case, it is just that sections 3 & 4 are auto-generated from the model
so MS Word sees this as one single change.

 

The version of the document is the basis of the prototype testing so
there may yet be minor changes as a result or that, however it is the
version I shall be sending to the RID authors for their review.
