[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Spring 2026 Nav WG Meeting Schedule Draft 2

We’ve been tossed a curveball at recently... apparently the Secretariat didn’t know about it either.

So most of the first day of the Spring Meetings is a follow-on session from the Fall Meeting’s “Interoperability Forum”... this one is called “Common Ground Forum”.

Accordingly, attached is a revised schedule that allocates most of the first day to the Common Ground Forum.
