In my message earlier today, I inadvertently sent a copy of the Action Items from Fall 2025 Meetings for which many of the dates needed to be updated.

Dear Nav WG Members:

Attached are notes from the telecon this week 04-Mar-2026, as well as the Action Items list prepared during the Fall 2025 Meetings with updates as discussed during the telecon. Finally, also attached is the Spring 2026 Meeting Agenda Draft #1, which contains modifications based on our discussions during the telecon, trying to take into account both member schedules and document schedules.

Now for the “curveball”: After preparing the attached “Draft 1” of the agenda yesterday, I received today the following advisory from the CCSDS Secretariat, “out of the blue” as they say (i.e., unexpectedly):

“Dear CESG-All: I’m writing to provide clarification regarding the schedule for our upcoming Technical Plenary Week. On Monday (25 May), a follow-up forum to the Interoperability Workshop will take place prior to the Opening Plenary session and will run for the full day. Working Group meetings will begin on Tuesday. Thank you, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.”

Given that the attached screenshot still appears on the CCSDS Meetings site https://ccsds.org/meetings/2026spring/ , this looks more like a “communications disconnect” than a “clarification”.

Accordingly, there will be a “Draft #2” soon after I receive answers to some questions I posed to the Secretariat about the details of Monday’s new schedule... One impact of this change is that there will be somewhat less time for discussion of our Working Group specific work...
