Attached are notes from the CCSDS Nav WG Spring 2025 Meetings for your review and comment. Change tracking is on in the Word document, so you can type directly into the document if you find errors, misstatements of fact, omissions, etc.

Also PLEASE NOTE THE SECTION HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW at the end of the document. I need your help establishing consensus for WG telecons between now and 15-Sep-2025 when we conduct the Fall 2025 Meeting Series.
