[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Draft P2.0.3 Tracking Data Message + Review Assignments and Review Materials

Please find attached the latest draft of the TDM, P-2.0.3, in both changes tracked and changes accepted versions. We are hoping that this is the last internal review cycle for the document prior to Agency Review. Thus this review will be a proofreading review only, in preparation for Agency Review.

Background: A proofreading review starts from the premise that all the technical material is accepted and ready for Agency Review, so it focuses on typographical errors, suboptimal wording choices, incorrect references, etc. (NOTE: it is not necessary to worry about page numbering, page breaks, and other document formatting, etc. the Secretariat editors will address these.) In truth, there is some new technical material in this TDM version, as Juan has indicated in his email of 21-Jul-2025. If in fact reviewers discover technical errors in this version, please report them.

Also attached is a table of review assignments and a blank CRM for comments. The average review assignment is 30.4 pages.

Please try to submit your comments to Juan Crenshaw and Cheryl Gramling (email addresses on copy) no later than 31-Aug-2025. This will provide a couple of weeks for them to digest comments prior to the Fall Meetings which commence 15-Sep-2025.
