[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Corrigenda for CDM, RDM, TDM Related to the NDM/XML 2.0

Hi Dave,

instead of constraining the CESG/CMC with dependencies, wouldn't be more
efficient to wait for the confirmed publication of NDM/XML 2.0 and then
submit the resolution for the corrigenda? It will be slightly slower, but
probably of just 2 weeks.

Please let me know what you think.

Regards,

Subject: Corrigenda for CDM, RDM, TDM Related to the NDM/XML 2.0

Mario:

As part of the development of the NDM/XML 2.0 project, there are some
minor corrections that affect the CCSDS Conjunction Data Message, Re-Entry
Data Message, and Tracking Data Message. These changes are largely (but
not exclusively) associated with the addition of schemas that are
qualified with respect to a namespace (longstanding request of CCSDS
Service Management WG). They do not affect the technical content of the
documents, only aspects of the XML formatting of the existing technical
material.

I have attached a document that contains the Corrigenda for all 3
documents (CDM, RDM, TDM).

It was necessary to wait until the NDM/XML 2.0 was in the hands of the
Secretariat because these Corrigenda cannot precede the publication of
that document. Ideally, the "approval to publish" polls for the NDM/XML
2.0 and the Corrigenda for the CDM, RDM, and TDM can be incorporated in
the same set of CESG and CMC polls.

If you could review these Corrigenda and issue a Resolution requesting the
requisite polling, the Navigation WG would greatly appreciate it. Please
advise if there are changes that you suggest.

Regards, and Thanks!
David

P.S.: Going forward there will still be some Corrigenda for existing Blue
Books when there is a new edition of the NDM/XML document, but they should
be much more limited in scope and can likely be accommodated by trivial
editorial changes that do not require polling (e.g., version numbers of
schemas) rather than the textual changes required by the NDM/XML 2.0.
