All:  In case you didn't get this directly from the CCSDS Secretariat... if you've made plans for travel and/or accommodations, regrettably it's time to cancel them.

Regarding the idea about "remote meetings". We are somewhat prepared for this given our regular monthly telecons, but we really can't sustain the usual full day meetings.

We'll discuss some options during our 01-Apr-2020 telecon.

Dear CCSDS Participants,

Regretfully, it is my responsibility to inform you that the CCSDS Technical and CESG Meetings scheduled for May 2020 in Huntsville, Alabama have been cancelled. Due to the current health concerns and travel restrictions, it will not be possible to meet in person. If you have outstanding travel reservations, please cancel them now.

The CESG is discussing potential approaches for remote meetings and will provide guidance to Areas and Working Groups at a later date.

The CESG and Secretariat will keep you informed of plans in the coming weeks. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org>.
