[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Simple Report on Nav WG books / Apr 2020 (#2)

Per your request, here is the "simple report" on Nav WG projects in progress as of our 22-Apr-2020 telecon (we had two telecons in April due to the need to determine our path for the Spring Meetings).

500.2 Navigation Data Messages Overview - Green Book:  The "approval to publish" CMC poll completed with unanimous 9 "adopt" votes 14-Apr-2020.

502.0 Orbit Data Message (ODM): Version 3 updates are in progress. Pink Book version P2.39 review draft is in WG internal review and comment (target date 01-May-2020); review comments for this version of ODM will be a topic of discussion in our virtual Spring Meetings. Updates to CCSDS Normative Annexes in the SANA Registries referenced by the ODM remain deprioritized for the short term, but will be a topic of discussion in our virtual Spring Meetings.

503.0 Tracking Data Message (TDM): All materials for TDM V.2 required to prepare for publication have been presented to the Secretariat, along with your resolution requesting the CESG/CMC "approval to publish" polls. Secretariat document processing has not yet completed and the CESG poll has not yet commenced.

504.0 Attitude Data Messages (ADM): Version 2 updates are in progress. A version P1.9 draft was distributed to the WG on 21-Apr-2020; it is now in internal review and will be discussed during our virtual Spring Meetings.

505.0 Navigation Data Messages XML Specification (NDM/XML): There has been no recent progress; work on this document has been de-prioritized (TDM V.2 had higher priority). An updated draft (P1.0.2) is anticipated around 08-May-2020; this will be a topic of discussion in our virtual Spring Meetings.

507.0 Navigation Events Message (NEM): No change from 01-Apr-2020 report. Distribution of the first NEM White Book continues to be delayed. The NEM has the same Lead Editor as the ADM Version 2 update, which has higher priority.

508.0 Conjunction Data Message (CDM): No change from 01-Apr-2020 report. A first Pink Book draft P1.0.1 is anticipated in the not too distant future; production has been slightly delayed by the necessity for the Lead Editor to deal with COVID-19 priorities in his firm. Some discussions have been held recently with individuals working on current CDM production.

509.0 Pointing Request Message (PRM): No change from 01-Apr-2020 report. A draft set of Corrigenda has been prepared and is in internal review before submitting to the MOIMS Area Director. Unfortunately for us (positive for him) we received notice that the Lead Editor for this standard has accepted a new position and will be leaving the group (member since 2004).

Recently published standards/other documents with no action necessary: 500.0 Navigation Data - Definitions and Conventions Green Book, 508.1 Re-Entry Data Message (RDM).
