Per your request, here is the "simple report" on Nav WG projects in progress as of our 11-Sep-2019 telecon.

500.0 Navigation Data - Definitions and Conventions Green Book: Version 4 updates completed. The final draft (3.8) has completed Area Director review and has been submitted to the Secretariat for CESG/CMC "approval to publish" polls. The Secretariat has acknowledged receipt as of 06-Sep-2019.

500.2 Navigation Data Messages Overview - Green Book:  The document has been in the hands of the Secretariat since 14-Jun-2019. We are hopeful that CESG/CMC Polls for "approval to publish" will commence soon. No change since last report.

502.0 Orbit Data Message (ODM): Version 3 updates are in progress. An updated draft of Pink Book version P2.39 is anticipated shortly before the Fall 2019 Meetings. Updates to CCSDS Normative Annexes SANA Registries referenced by the ODM continue.

503.0 Tracking Data Message (TDM): Unfortunately, very little progress on TDM Version 2 has been made recently, primarily due to budget issues and priorities to get the 2 Green Books and the RDM published. A P1.3 version was recently created to accommodate a small, late breaking request. Prototyping discussions continue. Version 3 work is in the very early stages.

504.0 Attitude Data Messages (ADM): Version 2 updates are in progress. Comments from the internal WG review of ADM Pink Book version P1.8 are in the process of being applied to the document. A version P1.9 is anticipated prior to the Fall Meetings.

505.0 Navigation Data Messages XML Specification (NDM/XML): There has been very little progress recently on the updates to this document given the priority on other documents and budget issues. Recently an updated version of the schema set (Version 1.0.C) was posted to SANA in order to accommodate the Re-Entry Data Message schema. Some work preparatory related to this 505.0 update was included in this schema set update.

508.0 Conjunction Data Message (CDM): Preliminary discussions among the co-editors of the document have commenced. No Pink Book drafts have yet been produced as we are still considering applicable modifications, but a prioritized list has been proposed by the Lead Editor.

508.1 Re-Entry Data Message (RDM): The final Red Book document has been in the hands of the Secretariat since 14-Jun-2019 and the Secretariat has informed us that the document preparation is complete and ready for the CESG/CMC "approval to publish" polling. However, due to SANA Registry technicalities, the polls cannot begin at this time; issues with the SANA may take some time to resolve. Discussion with Peter Shames is in progress. We still hope for publication prior to 21-Oct-2019, but that is no longer anticipated.

50x.0 Navigation Events Message (NEM): Distribution of the first NEM White Book is anticipated shortly before the Fall 2019 Meetings. No change since last report.
