[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] [CCSDS] hotels for the Fall Meetings

Dear NAVigators,

I noticed the list of hotels suggested on the CCSDS website and I do have 
a few comments regarding their location. I also added a few more:
Maritim, Best Western Plus, B&B, and InterCity: these are very close to 
ESOC but about a 30 minute walk to/from Darmstadtium; there is a tram 
service; all three are right next to the rail tracks and very close to the 
rail station; not that much to do around them after the meetings;
IBIS (and the co-located IBIS budget): it is about half-way between ESOC 
and Darmstadtium, 15 minute walk to both; slightly more stuff to do around 
the hotel (there are at least three restaurants within 50 m, but two are 
not great); very popular with GMV employees in Darmstadt for meetings;
Best Western (without Plus) and Welcome: these are closer to Darmstadtium; 
Welcome is at the edge of the TU Darmstadt campus;
