1. After RDM discussion, added a prospective brief discussion of Fragmentation Data Message (new)
2. CDM moved from Wednesday morning to Thursday morning.
3. Navigation Data Messages XML Spec update moved from Thursday morning to Wednesday morning.
4. Mario's dinner date/time announced.
