Attached is the RDM test plan/report with some suggestions for changes. A truly impressive testing effort!

NOTE: The PDF has comments in there... at the top it says "28 comments", but there are only 14 actual comments and 14 highlights to mark the section of text to which the comments apply.

The Re-entry Data Message prototyping has successfully completed. Please find attached to this email:

  *   the data pack containing all the files produced during prototyping
  *   the final prototyping test plan and report (Yellow Book)
  *   the post-prototyping Red Book

Please let me know if you have any questions. I plan to give an overview of the activities at the Spring Meetings as well.
