[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] More Telecon Materials

Dear all,

I was looking at the schedule and noticed the Agency Review RID 
disposition for the RDM is scheduled for today. I only have the ESA RIDs 
so far (I am not sure if we even received any from other agencies). You 
can find my preliminary reply to those RIDs in the attached spreadsheet. 
The colour coding is: green - to be fixed, yellow - needs discussion, red 
- nope (or at least not now).

I've attached a couple of other documents I'd like to discuss in 
Wednesday's telecon, what I call the "TDM Blue Book Approach Plan" and 
"RDM Blue Book Approach Plan". They document the things we need to do to 
get these 2 projects finished up.

I've also attached an updated Fall Meeting schedule. Mario's rescheduling 
of the Closing Plenary caused some rearrangements on the last day.
