Subject: [CCSDS-All] Reminders for CCSDS Meeting Attendees

Dear CCSDS Meeting Attendees,

I hope you all are enjoying the first day of the fall 2018 CCSDS Technical Meetings. I have a few reminders and notes to keep in mind. Lunch is being provided by DIN this week and is being served in the foyers outside Rooms 084/5 and Rooms 0104/7. Before you leave your meeting room to get lunch, please remember to grab a drink. Drinks are available in the meeting rooms, but are not provided at the same time as lunch.

For the remainder of the week, the Secretariat will be sitting in Room 0107. Please return your room keys and borrowed audio equipment to the Secretariat at the end of the day. Again, please remember to return your visitor badge to DIN on the last day you are attending the meetings. Please drop it in the clear plastic box to the right of the main doors in the DIN lobby.
