[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Draft SANA content v. 8

Dan,

I finally found a copy of that historical Air Force Coordinate Frames definitions document which I had mentioned to you recently, and I think it may be helpful as a reference for the additions of the rotating and inertial differentiations that we’re working to get included with the SANA Registry set.
In particular, note section 3.4.3 UVW on page 3-30, defining the quasi-inertial UVW frame which was used in the JSpOC OCM collision data messages that were previously provided to JSC. (These same values are now labeled as RTN in the newer CDMs from JSpOC, but are still quasi-inertial). Which should help with the clarifications in the RSW definitions sections.

Also for your review, here is the updated SANA draft content reflecting the updated/added “_ROTATING” and “_INERTIAL” content to differentiate the rotating vs quasi-inertial definitions of the relative reference frames.

I’m sorry that it’s taken me so long to complete the next draft of the ODM v 2.37, but at long last, here it is.

I’ve also attached the CRM, which was quite lengthy due to the comprehensive review and excellent comments and feedback received (thanks to everyone for their contributions!).

More work to be done, but progress, nonetheless.
