Per your request, here is the "simple report" on Nav WG projects as of our 12-Dec-2018 telecon.

500.0 Navigation Data - Definitions and Conventions Green Book: Version 4 updates are in progress. Foci now are revised material on "measurements", glossary cleanup and migration to SANA, and reference citations. The 3.6 update will be distributed shortly after the beginning of 2019. We plan to request the CESG/CMC Polls and publication early in 2019, hopefully prior to the Spring Meetings, given that the work is nearing completion.

500.2 Navigation Data Messages Overview - Green Book:  Version 2 updates are in progress. A second draft of the document was distributed prior to the Fall Meetings and discussed there. Another (final?) update has been delayed into mid-January 2019 due to other Lead Editor work conflicts. Progress is good overall.

502.0 Orbit Data Message (ODM): The latest draft (P2.38) was distributed in the past week. Review assignments have been made. Updates to CCSDS Normative Annexes SANA Registries continue; the ODM will be one of the first to take advantage of this new feature; applicable annexes have been removed from the draft of P2.38.

503.0 Tracking Data Message (TDM): RIDs from the TDM Pink Book Agency Review were dispositioned at the Fall Meetings; a draft incorporating the RID dispositions from the Agency Review was distributed earlier this week. Reviewers were notified as to the dispositions. The prototyping test plan draft is nearly complete; none of the RIDs required changes in the test plan. Some of the tests in the plan are already underway. A TDM Version 3 project was approved at the Fall CMC Meeting and by CMC Poll. We are still in the process of waiting for the new TDM V3 project to be moved to the "Approved" project framework.

504.0 Attitude Data Messages (ADM): Version 2 updates are in progress. The Lead Editor provided a P1.7 update of the ADM just prior to the Fall Meetings; this version was discussed at the meetings. The XML sections are now incorporated in the document, and the Attitude Comprehensive Message (ACM) material (analogous to the ODM's Orbit Comprehensive Message (OCM)) will be incorporated in ADM P1.8 in early 2019 (the ACM material must be harmonized with the changes in the OCM).

505.0 Navigation Data Messages XML Specification (NDM/XML): Draft P1.0.1 was distributed 30-Sep-2018. Internal review of the document has commenced. Some "corrigenda" for the existing Blue Book are under consideration to encompass "elementFormDefault='qualified'" schemas in addition to the currently supported "elementFormDefault='unqualified'" schemas.

508.0 Conjunction Data Message (CDM): A new project to revise the CDM was proposed at the Fall Meetings. The new project was approved at the Fall CMC Meeting and by CMC Poll. We are still in the process of waiting for the new projects to be moved to the "Approved" project framework.

508.1 Re-Entry Data Message (RDM): Prototype development at (ESA and DLR) is nearing completion. Excellent progress is being made.

509.0 Pointing Request Message (PRM): No new status.

50x.0 Navigation Events Message (NEM): Distribution of the first NEM White Book has been postponed until the end of January 2019 (though it could extend a bit further due to priorities on the ADM, which has the same Lead Editor). The WG is working some action items to collectd and filter events from various agencies.
