[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] FW: Locking meeting rooms at NIST during lunch breaks

Based on the following email from Michael Blackwood, I propose:

1. Take afternoon break at 14:40 instead of 15:30

2. Take lunch break at 12:00 (so break at 14:40 won't seem "too soon after lunch").

This way folks who would like coffee in the PM can get it...

Please advise if you can't live with this schedule change.

Subject: Locking meeting rooms at NIST during lunch breaks

Dear WG Chairs,

To make things easier for our hosts at NIST, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week, if you would like your meeting room looked during your lunch break, please email the Secretariat with the time you would like you room locked and unlocked each day. The normal lunch break is scheduled for 12:30-13:30, but if you would like your room locked or unlocked at other times, please let us know. Please send the Secretariat your times for the entire week today.

Also, the NIST cafeteria closes at 15:00. If you choose to break at the usually suggested time of 15:30, refreshments will not be available in the cafeteria. Please feel free to break earlier.
