Hi Dale: Why don't we plan to discuss this topic during your time on the agenda at San Antonio?

All WG members: I encourage you to read the introductory material that Dale has prepared so we can resolve the question at San Antonio.

Thanks!
David

Subject: Navigation Data Messages-Definitions and Conventions

Since we have discussed whether to use a long introduction or a short introduction in this book (with the opposite in the Navigation Data Message Overview, I am attaching both forms for our consideration. (Both are without the Reference Section, which will be the same in both).

I also have a question about the QSW local frame of reference. I know W stands for the Greek letter ω for angular momentum; and believe S stands for Second Axis; but does anyone know what Q stands for? I have not been able to find a reference.
I will send out the main test for review next week.
