Subject: [Cesg-all] CCSDS Spring 2018 Technical Meeting

Dear all,

The CCSDS Spring 2018 Technical meeting will be hosted by NASA at

NIST - National Institute of Standards and Technology
100 Bureau Drive
Gaithersburg, MD 20899

from  9th to 13th April 2018

CESG meeting will be on 16th April 2018

NASA has informed us that the maximum number of rooms available will be 12 (as agreed by the CMC long time ago for 5 days meetings). Please take this into consideration well in advanced to avoid the high number of rooms (14 or 15) always requested on Wednesday.


Note:
If you would like to stay in Washington DC, you can use the metro red line (last stop) and take the free shuttle from the metro station to NIST. Total travel time is 1 hour. Otherwise there are many hotels around NIST in Gaithersburg
