Here are notes from Wednesday's telecon, along with updated action items and an updated meeting agenda. NOTE: A change I meant to mention during the telecon (but forgot) is that the Southwest Research Institute has set some rules regarding non-US persons (I recall similar rules last time at SWRI). See below for the note from Nestor Peccia. This has caused changes to the meeting schedule (begin times and end times). Also, I've attached the ISSFD paper I mentioned. Finally, I've attached Fran's latest PRM Test Plan/Report draft.

Nestor's Message:

Dear all, 

I was recently informed that all foreign nationals need to be in after 8 am and off of the SwRI campus by 5 p.m. 

Therefore the scheduled meetings have to be rearranged as follows: 
Start of meeting 08:15 am
Lunch break: 12:00 am - 1 pm
End of meeting 04:45 pm
All daily schedules will be adjusted by the Secretariat.
