Attached please find Fran's latest update of the PRM Test Plan. As he notes below, prototyping for all tests except #11 may now begin. Assignments are in Section 4 of the plan document.

Dear David,
As per action from the last CCSDS technical meeting, find attached:

-          PRM red book updated with the comments generated during the meeting. This includes the update on the definition of the orbit pole that required some interaction with ESOC for its clarification (closed).

-          PRM test plan also updated with the comments raised during the review at the meeting. Just test #11 is pending on ESOC acknowledgement (marked as TBD). For the rest the prototyping can start provided that the changes are in line with the originator comments.
