[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Green Book V.1 version 3.8 Draft Review Assignments

Attached are review assignments for the Green Book volume 1 version 3.8
distributed last week (apologies for delay).

Most of you have a few pages to review in sections 1 through 3 or the
Annexes.

Section 4 is a brief overview of the published documents and documents in
development... lead editors have the assignment to check out the part of
section 4 that describes the document for which you are the editor, as
well as the pages on which the use cases are diagrammed.

Also attached is a blank Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) for you to use to
prepare your comments.

Please make every effort to complete this small assignment this week
(i.e., before 03/23/2015).  My objective is to submit the document to the
CESG for approval to publish at the end of the  Pasadena meetings.
