Please consider an alternative to the SMM figure that Luis created for the 
Green Book.  It is on? the last page of the attached PPT document and is 
a possible replacement for the fourth page.

It goes into more detail than the previous version but is therefore more 
complex.  I just want to suggest it as a possibility.

KAREN:  Could you check to see if it is consistent with what you intended 
for the SMM.

EVERYONE:  Please consider the conflicting advantages of the simplicity of 
the old version and the detail of the new.

Everyone:  Please have a happy holiday season.
