Subject: Mission Planning & Scheduling WG meeting

Agenda:

  1.  Spring Meetings planning
  2.  Magenta Book section 4 (Use Cases) hands-on

Spring Meetings planning


  *   Meetings will take place 25-29 May in Mayaguez University, Puerto Rico
  *   Due to unavailability of key members, the MP&S WG will only meet virtual this time
  *   Monday 25 May will be dedicated to the Opening Plenary and Common Ground Forum
  *   Technical sessions will be from Tuesday 26 May until Friday 29 May
  *   Time difference with CET is -05:00, as such MP&S WG sessions will be mornings only (local time)
  *   A coordination meeting with SM&C on MO/MAL/Testbed maintenance and evolution is foreseen
  *   Peter to prepare a draft agenda and distribute in the WG
  *   Registration to the virtual sessions should be done, but currently MP&S is not in the schedule
  *   This will be fixed soon, Peter will inform the WG when registration for MP&S sessions is possible

Magenta Book section 4 (Use Cases) hands-on


  *   Working document can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1vf9Hf4y3laI0A7_e0FtGFB9KOiwUF09F
  *   Guillermo provided a first iteration of the complete set of use cases with sub-cases
  *   The format was discussion: overview, steps (keep these simple), discussion
  *   In addition, a table with service operations, main data types, and state transitions should be provided
  *   Data types and state transitions should refer to section 3, with bookmarks/hyperlinks
  *   Guillermo will provide more detail on the use cases, following the new structure
  *   Peter will provide a first use case in the MB section 4, in the agreed format, for review by the WG
  *   To be further discussed during the next WG meeting
