[Moims-mp] Reorganization of the GDrive

Dear all,

I got an action from the previous CCSDS Spring Meeting to reorganize our GDrive directory structure, which has now been done.

The location of the GDrive is still the same: CCSDS Mission Planning and Scheduling WG<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B3jWkUN_retcYUxBd3p5LTJ3ZmM?resourcekey=0-XhQ3CABFWOGHmxm5Q3wf-Q&usp=drive_link>

In here, you will now find an organization per Green/Blue/Magenta book project.

All relevant stuff has already been moved to the new structure. Note that the current Magenta Book and Green Book files can be found in the respective "Working Area" folders.

There is still the old ("OBSOLETE") Blue Book folder, which can probably be deleted. But please have a look and let me know if there is anything in there that should be kept or archived.

I will provide you with an overview of the new directory structure during our WG meeting next week Tuesday.
