[Moims-mp] Final issue of updated MPS Red Book for publication

Dear all,

Please find attached the last update of the MPS Red Book. I have changed the references to the SANA Registry from the beta to the production ones. I have also fixed a couple of minor editorials. There is no impact on the XML Service Specification and the XML Schemas, as such this final issue does not require any retesting of the prototypes.

I also finalized the RID table, added RID MPS-035 for the editorials above. All RIDs are now closed.

Please let me know if you spot any remaining editorials in the "final" issue.

Once the Services Prototyping is completed, I will send the document to MOIMS-AD for publication.
