Status of the Services Prototyping

  *   Yellow Book
     *   Guillermo has cleaned and finalized the spreadsheet with the test specification:

     *   ESOC/GMV have reported some issues with the test specification, mainly regarding error codes
Guillermo to provide a response to GMV and update the test specification if needed
     *   Guillermo has updated the Yellow Book (volume 1 on Services):

     *   The current Yellow Book has sections 4 and 6 completed now, and general updates to section 3
     *   Some error codes have not been covered by tests, Guillermo to check if these could be allocated in the test specification
This may require some additional test steps by GMV (or DLR), but changes are expected to be minor
     *   The YB formatting seems incorrect, Peter to create a clean YB from the template and copy the existing YB information
     *   Peter will finalize the YB after the tests have been completed
  *   ESOC Prototyping and Pipeline Runner
     *   Prototyping by ESOC/GMV has been completed, some feedback provided (see above)
     *   The Pipeline runner is expected to be completed this week
     *   Tests for the additional error codes may have to be added
     *   Once completed, the test results (log files) shall be provided to Peter

Status of the File Formats Prototyping

  *   File Formats Prototyping
     *   The DLR prototype XML has been integrated in the ESA checker script
Some schema issues had to be fixed due to the behaviour of "xmllint"
After the fixes, the DLR prototype XML could be validated in the ESA environment
     *   A small bug was discovered in the XML Schemas, the generator has been updated
The XML Schemas have been regenerated and all tests passed
     *   A script has been created to compare the ESA and DLR generated XML
This script ignores any formatting differences, but not any semantical differences
Many trivial differences were corrected both in the DLR and in the ESA prototype XML
(main regarding the use of default values, ordering of name spaces, typos, etc.)
     *   No significant differences were detected, which would require changes in the Blue Book
(however, some minor fixes in the YB were made)
     *   Conclusion: the File Formats Prototyping is now considered completed
  *   Yellow Book
     *   The YB formatting seems incorrect, Peter to create a clean YB from the template and copy the existing YB information
     *   The current test results shall be included
     *   The Verification Matrix shall now be completed with the Data Types covered in the Services Prototype
(referring to the updated section 6 of the YB as updated by Guillermo)
     *   The YB shall subsequently be finalized

Status of the Blue Book and SANA Artefacts

Christophe has created on the GDrive a document where any future issues on the Blue Book could be recorded:

There is one current issue that was discussed in the WG: in PIMS, the "list*" operations could use both filters concurrently.
However, it is not clear what the behaviour should be: either an AND or an OR operation.
The WG agreed that it should be an OR operation, where the system shall return the union of both queries.
Peter to create a RID and add a requirement on each of the "list*" operations.

The Blue Book can now be finalized for Publication. Peter to create a dedicated RID to coverer the final updates:

  *   The SANA Registry references shall not refer to the beta version anymore, but to the production version
  *   Some editorials to be fixed (invalid 0 references, lowercase in headers, etc.)
  *   Check if all CCSDS document references are still pointing to the latest issues
  *   Perform a general spell check and format check (no blank pages, no inconsistent page breaks, etc.)

The SANA Artefacts (XML, XSDs) can now be considered final (presuming no more unexpected issues are found)
Peter to request that these are now included in the SANA Production Registry (still "pending" the actual publication of the Blue Book)
