I will be able to join our meeting only for 30 minutes, so I report here on the main changes:

W.r.t the Test Specs, I have updated the latest inputs from Peter (minor corrections in the Model Element descriptions), removed the notes from the different versioning and added a README file. Also, adjusted some tab names to match the BB naming. I hope the spreadsheet is self consistent in style and also with BB, if need any change should be easy. I have also removed the comments from the TestList tab.

Regarding the Yellow Book, used the latest document. I had to download it as Word in local and work offline, since it was really impossible to do so from the uploaded version. I have cleaned and/or resolve many of the existing comments, and then implemented changes. However, the version I upload, for cleanliness, is track change free. The template is for sure not valid, I hpe the content is, however, Peter, beware that there is a very annoying proliferation of content markers spread around the document (I believe left if a GDrive document is edited and then downloaded as Word). If having to work with the doc, probably a conversion to a more plain version )even an older Word one) would help to extract.

I have briefly modified section 3.1 (general overview), 3.3 (Testing approach), more heavily 4.1 (where I have added all the description of the excel contents, Model Elements in use and error codes tested), and then 6, where I have updated the Test Steps to make them match the Test Spec spreadsheet, and removed the inline of the cases.

While doing all this, I came to find that 3 of the error codes are not tests, the UNSUPPORTED, and the 2 applicable to SubPlan activation and deactivation. I suggest a brief tour the table to see if it makes sense to find the best way to do it, for completeness, or we may live as it is.
