[Moims-mp] A small update to the MP&S Blue Book

Dear all,

Some small issues were found during the finalization of the MP&S prototyping, for which I have created two new RIDs:

MPS-036              Filtering on creationTime not possible
MPS-037              Mentioning key and version in object references is incorrect

More information can be found in the RID table. In order not to block the finalization of the prototyping, I have already implemented the changes in the Blue Book. MPS-036 is actually a change in the information model, and as such also the XML Service Specification has been regenerated accordingly.

We can discuss these changes during the next WG meeting early September. However, if you see any issues with the current updates, please let me know immediately. Note that the prototyping will for now continue assuming MPS-036 will eventually be agreed. In addition, MPS-037 is only of editorial nature and does not affect the services or information model directly.
