[Moims-mp] Feedback on the CESG BB comments

Dear all,

Roger has prepared a first set of responses on the CESG comments we got on our Blue Book before Christmas. I am currently adding my feedback, but this is still work in progress unfortunately.

We can discuss tomorrow in the WG the more controversial comments as reported by CESG. If you have anything to add, please let us know tomorrow.
