1. Prototyping Status

1a - Services
DLR: waiting for update of Guillermo, action on Peter to remind him.
ESOC (Cesar): MAL already released, v10 available online.
Updating the prototype will now take place with GMV and supervised as well by Cesar.
Project kicked-off and currently running.
Peter will check with Dominik and Mehran regarding any issues with the resources.

1b - File Formats
Quinten presented the progress on the Information Model prototyping.
There is a suggestion to split the Yellow Book into two volumes, one for Services and one for File Formats.
This will make the concurrent editing easier.
It is noted that the YB shall in the introduction provide the rationale of the test coverage (PICS table).

2.  Blue Book CESG Feedback
Feedback from CESG on the BB has been received, in particular from Peter Shames, mostly regarding terms and definitions.
Peter Shames only reviewed a part of the BB; more comments are expected from him.
The CCSDS Chief Editor wrote a note on the perceived non-normative content in section 3, which is more fundamental.
One way forward is to move the content of section 3 to a Magenta book and keep only the tables in the BB.
Also, data types for definitions and configuration elements are strictly speaking not required in the BB, as these types are not exchanged over the interface.

3. AOB
Next WG meeting will take place on Wednesday 17 January at 16:00, Peter to send the invite.
