<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">There is a suggestion to split the Yellow Book into two volumes, one for Services and one for File Formats.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This will make the concurrent editing easier.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">It is noted that the YB shall in the introduction provide the rationale of the test coverage (PICS table).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Feedback from CESG on the BB has been received, in particular from Peter Shames, mostly regarding terms and definitions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Peter Shames only reviewed a part of the BB; more comments are expected from him.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The CCSDS Chief Editor wrote a note on the perceived non-normative content in section 3, which is more fundamental.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">One way forward is to move the content of section 3 to a Magenta book and keep only the tables in the BB.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Also, data types for definitions and configuration elements are strictly speaking not required in the BB, as these types are not exchanged over the interface.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
