Minutes
1. RID processing
The RID spreadsheet on the GDrive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ka2-SYpxzsAgzrCIt40P1x4IbjmUkn7b?usp=drive_link
The RIDs up to DLR-038 (row 83) have been processed now.
The ones in yellow need some further work by Quinten/Roger/Peter before the final decision can be made in the WG. The ones in purple are "controversial"; here we will be provide background and history information, such that the WG can make an informed decision. These RIDs will be dispositioned last, around end-September or early October.
RIDs have currently been pre-processed until about row 170 (of 282). It is the intention to have all RIDs pre-processed by next week. Quinten to inform the WG when done, such that Reviewers may have a look at their RID status and preliminary disposition.
Next meetings 3 and 18 September: continuation of the RID processing starting from DLR-038 from Stefan Gärtner (if present).
2. Next steps
The target is to have all RIDs processed by the end of September or early October. Constraints: Peter on leave until 24 September. Roger on leave until 5 October. Also, others on leave during the holiday period.
After the RIDs have been dispositioned, the Reviewers will be informed and there will be a fixed time period (2 weeks) for them to provide feedback (if any) on the WG dispositions. After that, the RID dispositions are considered final and Quinten can start implementing the RIDs (starting with the XML Service Specification and XML Schemas, such that the prototyping work can continue).
Once the Blue Book is updated, it will be provided to Agencies and Reviewers for final concurrence with the implemented changes. The WG may perform a final sanity check on the document in parallel. After this, the Blue Book will be ready for Publication (expected around end-November). At that time, the prototyping and corresponding Yellow Books shall also be finalised.
